Property / Maintenance Update.
- Security will be on site 7 a.m.-3 p.m. and 3 p.m.-11 p.m.
- Baldwin County Health Department completed inspection of pools and issued 2010 permits
- All of the trash chutes have been inspected and repaired as required to automatically close and latch
- A six-month preventative maintenance inspection has been completed on the generator
- The blower motor assembly was replaced on the indoor pool dehumidifier
- The steam generator was replaced for the steam room under warranty
- A water saving device was added to the irrigation system which will shut down automatically during heavy rains and freezing temperatures and save money for the association
- A maintenance contract was signed with Dune Doctors for six inspections per year and replacement of up to 131 plants if needed.
