Property / Maintenance Update.
- All of the fire extinguishers have received their annual certification
- The elevator flooring has been replaced
- The Board will review painting all of the exterior green trim
- The Board is reviewing new dune fencing. Much of the fencing was damaged during Ida last year.
- All of the grills have been painted and new grilling equipment has been purchased
- New sand barrier material was added on the pool fencing which will keep the blowing sands off of the pool deck and out of the pool
- Three new lounge chairs have been purchased and placed by the pool for guests and owners
- A water saver was added to the irrigation system; this will automatically shut the system down if there is rain or freezing temperatures and save money for the association
