Property / Maintenance Update.
- The indoor pool renovations have been completed. Indoor pool sliders will be opened daily at 10 a.m. and closed at 10 p.m.
- The entrance sign has been renovated
- Onsite security has been increased for the summer and the property is also monitored by cameras

Owners: Please be aware that due to State and local fire codes and the Rules and Regulations of Perdido Grande, neither charcoal nor gas grills are allowed on the balconies of Perdido Grande. If you have a charcoal or gas grill on your balcony please remove it ASAP. Orange Beach Fire Department is conducting inspections and issuing fire code violation notices and fines. There are several grills located on building balconies. In an effort to avoid violation fines from both the association and the city of Orange Beach your prompt attention and corrections regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
