Property / Maintenance Update.

Several broken irrigation heads were replaced along the west side of the property
Dune Doctors inspected the dune areas in April and reported everything looked good, they also did fertilization during the visit
New pumps were installed for the hot tub to increase the flows as required
A pool gate that was damaged has been repaired
A light was replaced in the hot tub and the drain cover repaired
The west side of the building was reviewed and any cracks or failed sealants were repaired
South elevation balconies repairs have been completed
New ash buckets and shovels have been purchased for the grill area; the grill posts have been set in the new grill area
All main AC drains were cleaned to prevent any backups. Owners are reminded to have preventative maintenance on AC's, in particular coils and drain lines
The new electrical room doors and frames have been installed

Effective January 1, 2007, rental guests at Four Winds will be required to display a Guest Registration Certificate. The cost of the Guest Registration Certificate will be $10 and may be purchased from Madarinn Group. Rental company permits/passes will not be honored effective January 1 and they have been notified via fax of this new rule. Owners who self-rent their units may call Madarinn Group to purchase the GRC's. If you have questions, please call Madarinn Group at 251-968-5471.
