Property / Maintenance Update.

The east pool gate has been repaired several times this spring due to damages caused by guests
A hose and spray nozzle have been added to the ast side wash off area
The timer for the pool lights have been adjusted for the summer season
New pool signs are compliant with Baldwin County Health Department requirements
The compressor was replaced on the pool heater under warranty
New seasonal flowers have been planted
Repairs have been made to the entrance after the city of Orange Beach completed their repairs
A new light and post have been added to the grill area
The elevator counterweights were adjusted which has stopped much of the noise on the elevators
The ceiling of the trash room has been cleaned and painted
