Property / Maintenance Update.

• The building trim has been caulked and painted
• New landscaping has been added around the pool deck which should prevent grass clippings from going through the pool system
• The north end of the building has been power washed and cleaned
• New insulation was added under the building
• A roof cap was sealed and repaired
• A water saving device was added to the irrigation system that will automatically shut down during heavy rains and freezing temperatures and save money for the association
