Property / Maintenance Update.

  • The annual elevator inspections have been completed; certificates are posted in both elevators
  • Safe Harbor Services continues to do preventative maintenance on the garbage chute doors on every floor at each end; this is a requirement by code to be self-closing and latching
  • Kutter Grounds Maintenance has completed their second round of granular fertilizer and weed control; Safe Harbor Services has completed the mulch and all trimming
