Property / Maintenance Update.

• The south elevation balcony repairs have been completed.
• Trex wood handrails have been added to the boardwalk and gazebo
• Stairwell lighting has been completed
• The sewer overflow at the entry drive was recently pumped and cleaned twice; backup was due to grease and paper products in the line.  Signs have been posted on the property requesting that no grease, paper products or shrimp shells be disposed down drain lines.  Reminder notices also will be posted in each unit.
• Several new pool lounge chairs have been purchased
• The roof drains have been cleaned
